How to prevent falls

Format: Brochure

A brochure designed for seniors in residential aged care services and in hospital, as well as their families and carers. The brochure includes general information about falls and what can be done to prevent falls in the facility/hospital. It includes issues staff will consider when assessing a resident/patient's risk of falling and tips to prevent falls while standing, transferring or walking. It also includes a list of people who can help in preventing falls.
