Developed by: QEII Jubilee Hospital and part of the Queensland Health Best Practice Guidelines

Format: Brochure

An information brochure that explains:

  • How a range of conditions can affect vision

  • How vision changes as you age

  • How these conditions and changes increase the risk of falling, and

  • What can be done to ensure that your vision does not put you at risk of falls.

Note: Other brochures are also available from this website covering a range of topics. Three brochures - Exercise and balance, Medicines and Falls prevention for community-dwelling older people - are also available in Chinese, Greek, Italian, Spanish and Vietnamese.
