Falls are preventable

An informative brochure that includes general information about preventing falls and a brief falls risk checklist. A yes response to any of the nine questions in the checklist indicates further action is required. The brochure outlines why people fall and details specific risk factors and what can be done to reduce each risk factor. It also includes what to do if you do fall, and what professional advice is available.
