Falls don't just happenDeveloped by: Boroondara, Central East and Outer East Primary Care Partnerships Format: Poster and Bookmark Promotional aids for seniors and service providers. The poster and bookmark display a positive image of two older people, highlighting that falls don't just happen to older people, and that something can be done. Poster: The poster can be used in a doctor's surgery, pharmacy, community health centre or other health -related or fitness facility. Bookmark: Can be provided to seniors/families/friends, as an awareness - raising tool, during education sessions, displays or as part of usual practice. Availability:
