Exercise and preventing falls

An 'easy to read' brochure that outlines the benefits of exercise, which exercises have been shown to reduce falls and what amount of exercise is recommended. It includes safety tips before getting started, especially for people with chronic health problems or those who have not exercised for a long time. This brochure was based on material from Queensland Health and QEII Jubilee Hospital.
