Format: Excel spreadsheet and instruction manual (framework)

This falls incident data management framework was developed as part of the Victorian Quality Council 'Minimising the risk of falls and fall-related injuries: Guidelines pack for acute, sub-acute and residential care settings'. It is an Excel spreadsheet with an accompanying instruction manual (framework). The spreadsheet can be used to analyse and present data from your falls incident reports.

By clicking on the link below you can access the Victorian Quality Council website to download the Excel spreadsheet (titled 'Falls Analysis - Demonstration') and the instruction manual (which can be found in the 'Tools Supplement', pages 52-59). For ease of use it is best to use the spreadsheet and the instruction manual in conjunction with each other.
