Medimate: for medicines without the mix-ups

This information sheet is not falls specific but provides users with useful information to better understand their medication (prescription and non-prescription). It includes information on how a senior can approach a doctor or pharmacist to seek further advice (including specific questions to ask), consumer medicine information leaflets, choosing non-prescription medication, side effects and a simple medication list.

Note: The National Prescribing Service Limited also has a Medicines Line (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time). This line provides consumers with access to independent information about medicines. Phone: 1300 888 763.
