Home Medicines Review

The Home Medicines Review Service, funded by the Commonwealth Government Department of Health and Ageing, aims to help people manage their medications more effectively and to avoid unwanted side effects. This brochure outlines the service, what a Home Medicines Review is, who might benefit from such a review, why a review may be necessary and how this free service is paid for. Doctors or pharmacists can provide more information.
