Prevention of Falls and Fall Injuries in the Older Adult - Revised 2005 Guidelines

Target audience: Hospitals and residential aged care services

The guidelines make recommendations about the care of older people in hospital or residential care settings who have had a fall or who are considered at risk of falling. Designed to primarily support nursing staff, the guidelines kit consists of the complete guidelines document, a summary of recommendations, a demonstration slide show used in a implementation trial, and a training video.
