Prevention of Falls and Fall Injuries in the Older Adult - Revised 2005 GuidelinesDeveloped by: Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (Canada) The guidelines make recommendations about the care of older people in hospital or residential care settings who have had a fall or who are considered at risk of falling.
