Home Care and Disease Management 2002
The 2002 conference, Acute Home Care and Disease Management 2002,
was held on 25th and 26th July 2002 at Crown Casino Entertainment
Complex in Melbourne. Around 300 delegates attended the conference.
The first day focused on disease management and the second day
focused on hospital in the home. Feedback from the conference has
been significantly positive with the majority of delegates documenting
that they found the conference “excellent”. Comments
included:
